Biography:

Bakshish is host of the show “Punjabi Virsa” which is based upon the rich heritage and culture of the province of Punjab in India.The program features the work of music artists,writers and poets in Punjabi language from Canada as well as abroad and showcases their work along with their biographies and interviews.This show has provided exposure to many emerging Canadian talents.

The audience is encouraged to participate in these segments and share their songs,short stories and poetry composition.Bakshish  likes reading books, listening music and is also a powerful writer.

He excels in the field of  poetry,literature and song writing.His  first Punjabi book “Yadan” was published in 2005. Yadan is the combination of Punjabi gajal, poems and Punjabi songs.
