Biography:

Our host on Prime Times on Wednesday’s and Friday’s is an asset to our Radio Station. She is one of our most experienced hosts with over 17 years of experience under her belt. She is the backbone of our talk shows and has commanded great respect from the audience due to her selection of  topics,her extensive research, her eloquence and providing a platform to discuss important community issues. She has worked for many different radio and TV Stations including All India Radio. Her love for Punjabi literature, poetry & advocacy of proper & correct pronunciation has inspired the community & increased the viewership of Aagaaz TV & listeners of her talk shows. The beauty of her shows is her non-bias views on different issues and encourages people to think & speak out. She fosters a strong sense of community through her volunteer work with a number of local and international organizations.  She is dedicated to work for humanitarian causes across borders.   She is also a proud recipient of Alberta Centennial Award. She hosts the following programs for PWN.

Deepshikha Live A Talk Show on current issues & socio-cultural, economic, political & family issues.

Hard Talk Deepshikha interviews with political personalities, singers, actors or other social icons. For panel discussions people are randomly invited from community according to the topic.

Aagaaz TV ( Socio Cultural and Religious TV Talk ): A well prepared and well respected TV Show broadcasted across Canada. Aagaaz is designed to raise issues in our daily life and addressing issues like generation gap, blending into main stream, tolerance in religion and acceptance of other cultures
